During the Commissioning Phase of the project developed and executed solution for archiving technical and other project documents and data/document handover to Client.

Work done:

• Collected file metadata into a database and developed application for cleansing, deduplication and metadata enhancements, including building a Knowledge Base

• Developed mapping and workflows and executed loads to target systems

• Developed MS Access Database Applications for critical document management by SMEs and Document Management

• Aided Document Management and Quality teams in project closure: Developed, maintained and reported on Punch List database

Outcome: Analyzed ~1.5M files, migrated ~0.6M
